With regards to the pain which you are experiencing; this is to be expected at this stage of strengthening. Strength exercises will take at least 2 weeks to have any great benefit so please continue as planned.
With regards to the report, you are correct regarding the lumbar spine not being mentioned…the likelihood is the back will be being fed into by the knee issues but I am more than happy to adjust the letter to include this at your request,
