Introduction

1  Summary

  1. This blog focuses on the inability of the Bosworth Clinic (BC) to provide a satisfactory outcome after a one-hour session with one of its practitioners.

  2. The text within the blog forms part of a subsequent Small Claims Court (SCC) submission in the event of a less than satisfactory response from the clinic.

  3. The response must include the  full refund of the £100 paid for the session.

  4. Mr A Hazlett was the practitioner in Item 1.  He sent a letter to the complainant which was intended as a situation description for health care professionals (HCPs).

  5. Had any HCP read the letter the likely conclusion would have been that its writer does not understand basic physiotherapy terminology and had not checked his submission for unprofessional typos and lack of understanding of grammar.

  6. In fact, he claimed that errors were the result of auto-correction.

2  The claimant's aims
  1. Use of the term 'claimant' has been used elsewhere ready for the event of the BC deciding not to settle out of court.

  2. The intention is for a quick settlement with a minimum of fuss. Bank info by email.

  3. Refusal means that I will pursue the claim through the SCC as a matter of principle.

  4. However, I am willing to follow your company complaint procedure before item 5.

  5. This website will be taken down immediately on fulfilment of 2.3.
